Question about lens adapters for a Canon 550D (T2i)

I recently acquired a bag of film camera equipment from a yard sale for $5. Inside is a Pentax ZX-5, a Pentax SF-10, a Sigma 70-210 UC Zoom lens, a Pentax 28-80 Power Zoom lens, and an assortment of ND filters and lens hoods and film rolls, among other things. I'm beginning to shoot film, which I've never done before, but I'd also like to use the Sigma 70-210 on my DSLR, a Canon 550D (T2i).

The info I could find on the Pentax ZX-5 stated that it has a Kaf2 lens mount. I know that the Pentax K-mount has a bunch of different iterations, so I'm wondering if there's an adapter for this lens for my Canon. Will a K-mount to EF-S/EOS mount work with the Kaf2 lens?
