Questions about 2 lenses?

I just recieved 2 older lenses from a relative for free. He used to use them on a Nikon n60 film slr. They are both Quantaray lenses, The first is a28-80mmD f/3.5-5.6, The second is a 100-300mmD f/4.5-6.7. I have 2 questions, Does anyone know anything about these lenses? Like are they ok, or are they not so good? Also can I use these on a d90? will the exposure and focus work? Thanks for any info.
