Hey guys..... just a quick question. The LCD screen on the back of these models.... does it provide a "live" image of what your about to shoot.... or does it only give you a preview after the picture is taken?

Thanks in advance guys.

Only after the photo is taken. These camera have an actual shutter that covers the sensor, just like how a shutter covers the film.

I believe there is one or two models of DSLR that do have 'live preview' but not from Canon or Nikon. (although there is a Canon model 20Da, especially for astrophotography, which allows this...I think)
