Quick Question about Nikon Lenses.

Hi, I have been looking into older lenses around town and I was wondering exactly which lenses will autofocus and meter on my D90. I have seen all of the following:

AI
AIs
AI'd
Non-AI

I think maybe one more that I cant remember. I have read a couple topics on it around the net with conflicting results. I want to settle this for the last time. Which of the lens groups listed will autofocus, which will meter, and which will do both on my D90 since the AF element is in the body?
