Maybe a tighter crop, since there is a lot of dead space to the right and bottom of your daughter. The red thing (hoop?) to her left side is somewhat distracting. Her face seems a bit orange because of the blanket she is lying on. Otherwise the focus is good, you've got her attention and the whites aren't blown out.

I'd say better, since it brings out the eyes more and her skin tone looks normal (eg. not orange).
