R1C1 wireless speedlight system tips/help.

I just purchased the r1c1 kit to use with my Nikon D60 with 105mm Macro lens.
I'm still on the learning side, so any Info to better my self with it would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm using it strictly for flowers, and insects.
