I think the rider is lost in the picture.

I like the idea of using the wall(s) to frame the rider, but the background colors & his clothing colors are so muted and dull they blend in together, not to mention the size of the rider compared to the overall photo is VERY small.

His bike frame is lost in the a/c unit behind him in the frame too.

Eh...I don't know...you've done better IMO.

Did you hit him with flash?

I just went out yesterday and shot at a skate park for the first time. It's fun stuff, I'm definitely going to start doing more of it. Just gotta get some of this lighting ish down.

As for your shot, It wouldn't hurt to thin up the frame you've got going on there a little bit, there is plenty to spare with keeping the same concept visible.

Yeah i agree hes pretty lost in the picture. It was tough comming up with a shot for this as i wanted to capture the whole staircase and still have have him not fade into the background. Is it my favorite picture, no. But im very happy with what i brought out of this from this spot. Yes the composition could be a little tighter I agree. Thanks for all the feeback
