horizon is the line where the water meets the sky. in photography, the rule of thumb is typically to have straight horizontal horizons.

The horizon is not straight... Thats all.

you can fix it by re-cropping it in pp.

The trash makes it realistic. If you don't want trash on the beach, tell it to the people putting it there. But if you must have a 'nice' ocean shot, then yea, clone it out. Not all photos should be nice though, imo. [:
