Three is the best compositionally to me. I don't care for the others because the are bottom heavy, with eyes below the center (horizontal) line of the image and to much space above the head. Good exposure though!

Wow... That's advice I've never gotten for portraiture. I picked up photography on my own and I just started serious portraiture a couple weeks ago. Thanks for the tip and compliment!
