Anyone else going to the Red Bull Air Races in Detroit/Windsor CA this weekend?

I have been the past two years and it is a great time for some amazing photos. If you go, look for me, I will be the one with the camera.

Never been to the red bull. I have however been to Reno many times. Section 3 rocks!! I have a friend who races up there in IF1. Can't wait to see pics.

I live just outside of Detroit and totally forgot that those were happening!

I really enjoy the panning shots, you get an A+ for managing to do that with the planes moving that freaking fast!!!!!

Find something a little slower than race aircraft to practice on.

just FYI, those panning shots were taken at around 1/50th-1/100th.... thats how fast they were moving.
