i hate these things. they're always crapping on my car while i'm trying to shoot other birds at the refuge. but you got a great shot of it. great exposure too, it's easy to screw up the exposure when you're shooting black birds.

Thanks! I've learned to recognize their unique call, so I go looking for them. Out of about a dozen shots, this was the only one where there was any definition, because the black makes it so difficult.
