I did try flipping in horizontal and vertical. The exposure was not consitanly in the same part of the frame. The only consitancey was where the sky was. At first I thought It might have been that problem as well.

Hmm... And the film was ok? Not expired?

When you take pictures that don't have any sky in, do you see the same thing?

It could very well be that the lens you bought for cheap was disassembled by someone not knowing what they're doing and assembled back wrongly.

Oh, one more thing, is the coating on the lens still present?

No it was not expired.

When I take pictures of no sky its not as noticible but it does have sort of the same problem, just not near as sever. (sort of like the green tree picture)

Yes, I do still see a coating on the lens.

I will try and post more pics later so you have even more examples to look at.

Ok, when you look through the lens do you see anything peculiar, such as a scratch or a crack on the glass? Or a foreign object inside the lens?

If there is nothing to be noticed then perhaps dump the lens and get another one.


*edit: Try to put a lens hood on, as suggested before, to see whether that improves things or not*

all I see is on the inside are some lines that look like superficial scratches or perhaps the coating cracking. I only see it when I really have it up to some clear lighting.

That could mean you got fungus on your elements!

Trying to fix it might require more money than it's worth. If it looks like a very fine spider web, that's definitely fungus.

You can try to leave it out in the full sun for a few good sunny days, see what happens.
