I have been taking some pictures at local little league sporting events and wondered if I needed releases from parents to put these photos on my website. I have talked with the league and it is fine for me to take the pictures just wondered about the issues with parents.
I'm not sure about that one. *I think* it would depend what the use of those photos is. If you are making money with them, they I would think that you need a release. I think it comes down to a 'reasonable expectation of privacy'...so if it's at a public park, then it probably OK to take them and display them. That being said, it would probably be best to at least ask permission of the parents. I'm not a lawyer, to get proper legal advice, as a lawyer.
