I don't usually have an opinion either way about kid's images... but... I gotta say... I actually *love* your first image.

I love her inquisitive expression, with the emphasis on her fresh new innocence shown by her tightly carrying around her bunny.

The second image would be better, I feel, if it were a bit wider to catch the rest of the arm holding the... uh... plant...

I actually really like the processing to. :sillysmi:

Sweet! Perhaps increase the contrast a small amount in both? I agree with e.rose about #2. And I'd rather see bunny with legs in #1. Both have a wonderful sense of summer afternoon that is very appealing. She's a charming girl!

I'd adjust the Gamma Correction a bit, as well.

I actually like the contrast set right where it is. It gives it more of that child-like dreamy feel, but that's probably one of those things that will vary to taste.
