well, it's tough for me to recognize exactly what you're asking, but I think the main problem is probably that your white balance is off a bit.

There are a number of ways to fix this, in camera, you can use the type of white balance for the location you're in (such as tungsten, or cloudy etc.) you can use a white, or a gray card (among other things) to set the camera's white balance, and you can fix it in post processing.

How about embedding one or tow images directly in your post to make it a little easier for us?

Alot has to do with lighting, the camera and lens you are using...etc.
