This is another shot I took this morning at sunrise. I'm interested to see what the critique of this one is versus the earlier shot (River Sunrise).

This is a situation where a split ND filter would have been invaluable. There is virtually no detail in the ground and the sky is close to being blown out.

If this comes from a raw image, you might be able to extract an image with more detail on the ground and another with a fuller sky and then combine them.

I think the golden gradient in the reflection made up for the details lost in the foreground.

But yeah if you want to improve, a neutral density filter would work nicely or HDR.
