Had to stop and take a .... ah, ... break. Noticed the glow on the branches, and walked over to the riverbank - I loved the colors.. I'd be interested in your comments.. I'm happy with shooting into the sun, as well as capturing the feeling of the setting... Comments?

Love it. The light on the trees gives this great depth and mood. I'd love a little more light and clarity to the grass in front right, but not much.

i personally would like to see more of the river, so i prefer if the shot was in landscape. plus it wouldnt have hurt to illuminate the foreground more. but this is still a decent shot.

I like it a lot. You might consider cropping some off the bottom - all of the interesting elements are in the top 80% or so, and being in a shorter format looks like it would work for this.
