Very nice. You never could have captured that with your lemon of a Nikon. Man ... I enlarged the eye and I think I can see you, (hell, you're a big guy so how hard is that ... lol). What lens? (Looks like the 100-400.)

Good grab! I like the look of the backlighted areas behind the raccoon. Makes it feel like one of those early-AM encounters with these mostyl noctournal critters. I usually have seen rccoons out and about nostly within an hour or so of sunrise, so this has a nice feeling of versimilitude.
