Very interesting pic. My only comment would be that parts of the "comb" (if that's what it is called) are slightly fuzzy - appears to be a focus problem. I also wonder if it could be an artefact of "downsizing" for the web - don't know, just asking.

His comb is just barely out of focus. I shot this at 300mm and f/5.6, I was also pretty close to him, this shot is not a crop.
The fuzzyness could also be caused by the relatively harsh light at the time.

By the way, do you guys think the shot is too saturated? I posted this on a different forum and someone there said the colors pop too much, I didn't really touch the colors all that much though.

Mattis, the colours look okay to me. Maybe the red is a bit too much for some folks, but its your image and you processed it the way you saw it, Assuming you shot raw, then it should reflect the real world. I checked some other images on Google, just for comparison, and it looks like the colours are realistic. If you like it, then that is really all that counts.
