Any enhancement tips on top of what I could make?

I suggest:

• raising the highlights a bit to give it more punch
• sharpening to give some detail to the grungy areas and
• local contrast enhancement .

(The perspective distortion is obvious in the slanting poles but there's not enough room in front of car to fix it well.)
