I think that # 1 is beautiful.

The water looks beautiful in both...but the overall images don't do anything for me either. What stands out to me, over the comp, in #2 are the rocks in the right foreground. Something about them looks unnatural...especially the large round boulder.

a crop of the right hand side of pic 1 might work, seeing as how you dont mind if people edit your work, maybe something liek this.

as far as the second one goes there is nothing really in it besides water.

Thanks .. you all more or less helped me to see what I suspected, but could not see clear enough since I was to biased by the charm of that palace ... which unfortunately I did not manage to capture, getting lost in technical details.


Crobo ... that is certainly a better crop! Thanks for the effort.

Nice work. What an awesome sky!! I won't tell you what you already know.. but wow.. what a sky!! We don't get that too often in Georgia! #1 is close to being perfect!! You weren't too far off. Can't wait to get to know you all better on here!
