sand in lens. GRRRR

I have noticed 2 specs of sand inside my 135mm, right in the middle. Is there any way of getting it out or getting it to move with air somehow. It does'nt seem to harm the photos or I can't see through the viewer. I just hate looking at the lens and seeing it in there.

Well...try tapping it lightly? if not theres not much you can do I dont think, except send it to a shop...
