I like. Maybe a bit heavy on the vignette (if that's what it is) on the left and bottom.
Nice leading lines. The old guy is doing the lean wondering where that damn bus is.

problem for me is the leading lines are leading to the sidewalk. im sure what im supposed to be looking at. If this is one of the no subject photos, well I love them, but then there shouldn't be any leading lines.
I just don't know where to go with this. I feel like im missing something. Maybe I need to look more close? Where my eyes are actually going is straight across to that loading dock door on the building

Yep the lines lead the eye away from the subject which I am assuming you want it to be the man at the bus stop. I think eliminating everything but the bus stop would make the image much stronger.

there are small bits of interesting things in the frame I see. the people talking, the guy at the bust stop, the most interesting is the walls behind the guy and the bus stop, behind the light pole on the street I just barely see the peak of what could be a interesting building, the brick work on the warehouse building. I mean I see lots of things in the frame that could be interesting but none are there enough to really draw them out to any level. And even going that route the leading lines are too obvious in this one and lead no where really. unless you were strictly shooting for the bus stop itself maybe in portrait shot including the walls behind it without the rest of the frame, i don't really see much here or the reason for black and white. i don't like it. For a random type photo with no single subject it isn't random enough and the lines ruin that, for a subject oriented photo the bus stop that isn't working either. And the bw has me looking for lines, tones and textures but there isn't enough here but the lines and making the lines stand out is making the photo worse as it leads no where. Even the bus stop isn't interesting and the wall behind it and old man not singled out enough for that to work.

and the cross walk is too wide. It really isn't even a leading line its a quarter of the frame.

While what you are saying about the leading lines is technically accurate, the leading lines contribute to the story.
The man is looking to the right side of the frame waiting for the bus to come and take him where the leading lines lead ...

The story works for me.

im probably coming off critical. Generally the more involved someone is in photography the higher i view that bar. if it were someone else newer to it or less involved in street shooting i would probably say its a okay photo. I don't see what you are seeing. Perhaps im not that inventive or creative. but if that is the case it should have been heavily cropped so the left edge of the frame ended where the edge of the crosswalk does....
That would make two diagnals the cross walk and the sidewalk and it would emphasize the man leaning toward those two diagnals, instead of the crosswalk acting like a leading line toward the warehouse door. Unless im still missing something...?

I took this because I saw the old man as being left out of the main flow of what is going on.
The roads are empty and pass him by while he sits alone waiting for the bus.

I see the idea, but it doesn't work for me.

Part of the problem is the subject is so small he is easily lost. It might work if printed big enough for me to notice him right away. Even there, though, the scene has too many things about it that don't seem to work. Also the building growing out of the booth is irking me.

can I crop it and see how it looks? it bugging me.

Honestly I didn't even see the old man at first. His dark clothing makes him kinda blend into the bench and the bus stop. The human eye by nature will automatically go to the bright and contrasty areas of an image first, in this case it is the white lines on the cross walk, and those white lines lead away from the old man at the bus stop. The eye only starts looking at other parts of the image after it follows the lines of the crosswalk the lead into the line of cars.
