Sawtooth Peak & Columbine Lake, Sierra Nevada

This place is accessed by an a**-kicking hike, but it's spectacular once you get there. My friend and I stayed for 3 days (July 4th weekend, 1990). Kodachrome.

Definitely a bit too blue. I'll play around with the tint and saturization a bit. Things seem to happen to slides with the scanning & hosting.

I might not have been using a warming filter on the original shot. UV is pretty strong at 9000' altitude! I appreciate your input!

It seems amusing now, but I actually lugged two camera bodies up there. One for color and one for B&W. Of course, it was 1990 and no one had a clue as to the revolution that was coming in photography...
