These are just record shots but I'm still happy to have seen and captured it. It's rare for it to be around here, the first I've seen of one in 8 years of being here. It's a very beautiful bird.

Very nice set! We have Flycatchers here, but not with the red coloring. They are very hard to catch with the camera.

Thanks, Jeff. yeah, this little guy kept looking a jumping around from one spot to another every time it saw an insect and I couldn't get in close, either.
