Any one have an idea on how to make the pic more "CRISP" It lost some sharpness from inlargeing and croping.

I don't think I'd try to sharpen in PS or you'll really be able to see those pixels even more...and it's overexposed so sharpening won't do that any good either. You might try to put in it PS or another program and adjust the levels and contrast to try and get proper exposure from it...but as for the sharpening IMO I wouldn't touch it...
