Bored on a sunday. I got all weird with this, tell me what ya think.

The other half of your face is missing.

Fun shot. I think you nailed the focus on the eye. The texture on the hat adds a nice interesting second element. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the composition. The right side is just too dark for me, it doesn't add to the shot. I would try to lighten that side up on the next shot or crop it closer to the nose. Keep shooting!! Glad you had fun w/ this! That's what it's all about!!

i would have preferred if you had either

included the whole left half of the face

or

included just the eyes, but all the way across the head. from one side to the other

I would have taken out your contacts first, or at the very least try to get rid of the line in photoshop.
