Have you tried putting the sphere on the ground and photographing it from above rather than below? Or perhaps using a tripod and timer so you don't need to be holding onto the camera?

Thats what I am working on for the Fasion/Editorial stuff Ive got class right after work today but tomorrow, Im going to try some in studio work with it.

also been thinking of how to do some cool water stuff with it, if it floats. There should be a lot of potential with this thing as long as the wifeys aunt continues to let me use it.

yeah I dont think shooting this in studio is working too well. A lot more in view than I had thought. Maybe out on location?

You're right. TOO much is revealed, though any lady who can still look good with this much distortion has lots going for her.
