Self portrait

I think this is the 3rd self portrait thread I've started.
I feel a bit narcissistic. (Honestly I'm not though... just that I don't feel confident taking pictures of other people yet!)

This is the latest one: I like the style but am aware of some imperfections RE lighting, exposure etc.

Can anyone give me pointers on those sorts of things please?

I cant give advice on it, but i like the concept
The lights brightness kinda takes away from the portrait
I do like the way, for some reason your eye really pops
Keep shooting!
