This looks like fantastic work in my eyes.lovly catchlights in the eyes. Fantastic lighting. Very moody. the eyes have quite a connection with the viewer. Not a shot that I will soon forget.

Technical people already pointed out the problems I think.

I wouldn't mind seeing the top of the hair ... and the front of the nose is a little OOF. Great texture in the cheeks and chin beard, I think !

Exactly! That wonderful texture is what makes the blown highlights so glaring here.
