im distracted by the background quite a bit.
the background wouldnt be as noticeable if i could see your face better.

your conveying an emotional message - to me anyway, and your face being in a shadow is part of that.. so if thats what your going for, i think it would be an even stronger shot if you had a really dark, or just less busy background.

looks like one flash used in a dark room?

i don't know how to do any editing i was trying to hide my face but i would like the background to be more blurred more no flash just a light next to me
