Very dramatic image, I like it. I assume the reflection bottom right is part of the composition, but to me it is a distraction that creates disharmony. IMO I'd try a crop just above it.

Thank you, It is definitely apart of the composition. Self Reflection of ones past to their current state with the darkness of wondering about how the future will be.

I get the point of the reflection - if you look close, the individual sitting on the steps is missing from the reflection. I think the problem is that I had to look a little too hard to catch it. I like the concept. I think the reflection needs to be a bigger part of the image to really have the impact you are looking for.
