Senior portrait? C&C

I finished this shoot last week. More to come. This was one of my first attempts at using my new vivitar flash seriously. I'm very happy with the results, but I want to improve. And advice?

That looks pretty good. I'd pull some of the red/pink out of his cheeks with the sponge tool or something and maybe desaturate the bricks too. Light looks good but there's a hot spot on his chin you should burn in a tiny bit.

Haha he always has had those red cheaks, so de-saturating them would take away the natural look of the photo. And I agree with the hotspot, I used a light effect filter in elements, and it was hard to get right. Thanks though!

Good lighting. I agree with keeping the natural look. Would like to see more of the pictures.
