Don't call it a deposit if it's non-refundable; deposits, by definition are a refundable charge. Call it a booking fee or some other similar term.

I knew someone was going to say something about that.

I don't call it a deposit. It's a "retainer".

I just typed deposit here, because I wasn't paying attention, and I wasn't writing out a contract. :lol:
 
I really like all of these, but I do want to nitpick on the blue dress photos. The way you've posed her make her arms look a lot larger than they actually are. The dress isn't helping with this. I think if she'd been posed a with a little bit more angle away from the camera and getting a little bit higher up would've helped.
