Shaking it Off

Osprey twist and turn mid-air after diving on a fish, I guess to free their feathers of water. If you're close enough, it looks like a dog after a backyard bath.

These were shot early, early am under very overcast skies..high ISO's up to 2,500 today...they aren't for the print table but still fun to record.

Menhaden...kind of like a cigar fish.
