Shape or Form? CC

I took this photo that looks similar to the one I took with my 35mm SLR (for my photography class) ...I was wondering ... would this count as a composition of "form" or "shape"? I know that form is 2d and shape is 3d... I was trying to make the curvature more 3 dimensional but ... not sure.

That is a better example of form. If it were a shot taken directly from the front, not showing depth, it would be shape.
