nice work Hatch, nice review too along with very nice images,,,
I have shot with the Canon 100mm "L" lens and I have to say, its a nice lens but I agree that I dont thing its worth the price difference between that and the Non "L" version

Thank you very much. I will give the 100L a try one of these days. I was initially glad Canon made the improvements... to the lens.... but as I mentioned in the post... not sure I see the cost difference. It would be unfair of me to say anything more since I haven't shot with it.
