Here is what I did with the photo:

1. I opened the photo in Adobe Lightroom
2. Used saved preset "Aged Photo"
3. Adjusted Exposure slightly (down)
4. Exported into Photoshop
5. Resized image smaller
6. Unmasked Sharpened
7. Very little burn to the background
8. Airbrushed skin

Yea Im using the trial still. I love it though. Ive only been doing photography for about 3 months now. I started in late November.
