Skin looks a bit over processed, eyes are very dark (the white looks good though, but the color is gone in her eye) I would personally like to see a bit more on the left of the photo side since she's facing the left, it seems to just abruptly end, her left shoulder takes up a good chunk of the image

other than that lighting looks good, she looks good and everything else looks spot on!

Lighting looks great, and she's got great smile.
Looks a little over process though, over saturated. Maybe adjust midtones a bit.
