Can anyone give me some tips for taking photos on a cloudy day?

What sort of tips? Shooting out of doors on a cloudy day is usually pretty straight-forward. The light is soft and diffuse, and only minimal shadows to deal with. You may want to consider some supplemental light to add a little pop to the image though.
