I like 2 and 3. One has a lot of red (the background even looks pink) and a halo around him (or you?)

I really like the lighting on the third.

i like them all but the second one kinda makes you look like a hunch back. I think that if you did #1 like the #3 that would be pretty neat

I'd hate to see the guy lose an eye in #1. With a 12ga. (Mossberg 500?) not shouldered like he has it in #1, it's a good way of getting hurt. This picture would probably be more acceptable with some sort of nature background. Otherwise, maybe cleaning the gun, checking to make sure it's clear...something like that...

#2 More shadowing and different lighting? Maybe it's the green that's throwing me off...Something just doesn't seem right but it's not too bad.

#3 Lighting is great, it even gives some depth between the background and the subject (unlike in #1 ).

Mostly dodge/burn on a grey layer above it set to overlay and some contrast adjustments.

I like #2 and #3, but #1 I feel like the plain background completely takes away from the idea of the shot. "He's shouldering a shotgun, but oh he's inside so he's not really going to shoot it." Haha that's sort of the thought I get from that picture. As far as a technical aspect everything is great though, I really like the light set up you're using.
