Can anybody recommend a shutter release cable that will do multiple exposure bracketing for my Canon 5d Mark ii? I've seen lots of recommendations for cables that do timed exposures but not AEB..

look for a wireless radio remote. Hahannel makes them, they are camera specific. Then there is the Promote

multiple exposure bracketing is done IN camera. Once you set it up you can press the shutter however you want (manual, 2 sec delay, 10 sec delay, remote).

The 5d Mark ii only allows three bracketed shots, which is often not sufficient. I'm looking for a way to shoot more, like some Nikon cameras do (they will shoot 9).

I don't think you can without using magic lantern or something similar

This has been a "bone of contention" for some time with the Canon people.

I am not sure the Promoto will be able to over ride but if it can be done that is the best option.
