it's almost a cross-prossesed look. it saturates the colors
and increases the contrast - a lot.
the action i use adds an extra black layer though that i use
to increase and decrease the opacity to my liking.
i'm also crazy about the lomo effect which i tend to
partner with the acid effect quite a bit.
from the feedback i've received on it with clients...
well... they either love it or hate it.
i, however, love it. :hugs:
i even used it for our family christmas cards printed on metallic
paper. it's just gorgeous.

it was only used here on the first picture.
i just like the funkiness it adds.
the picture of moe is actually straight out of the camera
except for cropping and sharpening for the web.

it's not for every picture... but it is fun to play with. :mrgreen:

here's a photo that i used it on at full opacity.
the mother loved it.

Kalee, I have admired your work since you first started posting, so every post I see from you is a rare treat! You have to fill us in on where you get these actions, I like the lomo look a lot! Your 2nd picture post definately has a color splash feel.
