Well, she's stunning - and I really like the lighting. That's the good - the bad.. eh, not real sure. The pose just seems a little.. I dunno, off. Ok, granted keep in mind I don't do a lot of people portraits or people posing - so I am absolutely by no stretch of the imagination an expert on that subject, about as far from it as you can get really.

But at least to my untrained eye - well hard to put into words really, I guess maybe it's the position of her head. Ok, ya, that probably was not as helpful as I would have liked but best I can do at least for now. Sorry.. lol

Ok, looking at it again.. I guess the word I would use to describe her head position would be that it almost looks strained - maybe by dropping her chin a bit it would make her look more relaxed. Hope that made at least a little sense.

Straight out of the camera, I called it a Video game character look. CGI look....weird, it's due to the oddball lighting.

Well I may not know a hill of beans about portrait photography or people posing, but trust me I'm a bona fide expert in the category of going with the best shot you have because you didn't quite get the shot you really wanted.. lol

I've been gellin' here and there. Don't want to overdo it but I thought the blue was good for her. Her outfit is like that, no alteration was done for the shot.

Bill, this shot doesn't work for me. She's a very attractive woman, you're a very good photographer, but I don't feel any chemistry, anything that would make me feel involved. This is the flip side of needing a story to make the shot believable. There's nothing in her pose, in the location, or in the staging that makes it anything but a somewhat artificial pose. She has a great body, but I'm not at all connecting with the person who she is, or who you'd like to make us believe she is. Sorry.

I have always enjoyed your work. In this particular image I got a 'Blair Witch Project' feeling from the location/positioning, which isn't a good thing. She is lovely though and the other feelings I have about her I'll keep to myself.
Of course I don't feel qualified to judge anyone here so take my opinion for whatever it's worth to you.
