I'd like to know if I buy a D50 or E-500 my Sigma lens 70-300mm is compatible with them.
Thanks for your help

What do you use it with at the moment? It will only be compatible with the brand of camera you are using now.

I use a Canon EOS 300 non digital and I want to change for a digital one but I want to be sure about my decision. i don't know very well the digital's world. I'm hesitating between EOS 350D, D50, E-300.
Do you if I can use my original lens of EOS 300 for the EOS 350D ?

If your sigma lens fits your canon body, then it will work with other canon EOS bodies, so yes it will work with the 350D. It won't work with Nikon or Fuji bodies. However, I'm sure Sigma makes versions of the exact same lens that fit bodies from other manufacturers, so it would likely be possible to sell your current lens and get one for your new camera for not too much money. That said, both the 350D and the D50 are great cameras (I'm not too familiar with the E-300), so you should probably be happy keeping with Canon instead of dealing with getting new lenses for Nikon or Fuji.
