I just might do that. It's about an hour and a half drive but one morning it might be worth it. looks pretty nice from my quick google search.

Rafting is fun but not super exciting unless the water level is high. When it's low, Nantahala falls is a class 3. Bo-Ring.

We aren't rafting or anything. Mostly just hikers. Going to different waterfalls in the area and places we see that might be cool, like following a roadside waterfall a bit up the mountain and stuff. Then of course swimming if deep enough/jumping off things too

It is on my list to do some rafting but i'll save that for next summer when i most likely will be visiting colorado.
