Starling on full testosterone belting out his strange song, never realised how odd these songs are from starlings - They can very from almost electrical sounding stutters and chirps to more regular blackbird/thrush style then on to some weird deep vibration sound.

That's a lovely portrait! I like your processing here. They are such pests in a large group we can forget their good qualities.

I've always admired their colors and spotted bodies. Once, earlier this year, we were treated to a mini-murmuration from a group that rose all together in the evening from our back yard, swirled as one and took off. It was amazing!
