Skin softening and retouching

Hi guys! brand new here.
just looking for some feedback on what methods are commonly used to retouch and edit human skin on faces - airbrushing. ??

Hi. If you like the "natural" look I use the skin softening tool in Lightroom. Just click on the brush and scroll down to skin softening option. I usually set it around 50-60 for a natural look.
