Slidebar and Pan Head Question?

I want to be able to connect a few items, Camera, A Yoke, and a Light to a Slidebar on my tripod. Does anybody know of any attachments that will allow me to control all with a single pan head? They all have to move simutaeously, so I only need one pan head. Any help would be highly appreciated.
