Small DSLR or Micro 4/3

I Just held a friends olympus e410 and i was really impressed by the size of the camera, i know its a m4/3 sensor but having a live viewfinder (albeit really small) and tiny size is nice to have as a carry along camera.


So i am looking for a compact dslr or m4/3 camera that is about $200 used without lens, and has decent available pancake or standard prime or a 35mm equivalent prime. I am looking to spend about $300 in total, it could be last generation tech its all good, as long it is as good or better than a d40, d70.

Size and image quality are prime concerns.


Additional info:

I am looking into point and shoots as well, but i am having a hard time finding something that has a fast fixed lens for less than $300.
